Appointment Policy:  Appointments are preferred although walk-ins are welcome.  We suggest that you call ahead to confirm our availability.  For your convenience, the initial consultation may be be conducted at your home, work, or other suitable location.  Flexible appointment times and after hour appointments are available.

Settlement Check Pick-Up Policy: We cannot issue your settlement check until the insurance company's check has cleared and is processed by our accounting department.  Settlement checks may be picked-up at our Pickerington office or mailed.  The client must arrive with two forms of identification, one of which must be a driver's license or state identification card.  Settlement checks will be mailed after all paperwork is properly processed and will be stamped "For Deposit Only" without exception.   The law firm is not responsible for a US postal service delay or loss of a settlement check.  For a settlement of a minor's claim, please click here for more information about the probate process.
